The time limit for placing orders with same day delivery in Laval, Montreal and surroundings is 11.30 from Monday to Saturday. If the order was placed after 11:30 is not guaranteed same day delivery.

A successful delivery depends very much on the accuracy of the data that you provide (name and address, phone number (sender and receiver), delivery time, etc.)

By exception, there may be days when flower deliveries cannot be made or we don’t guarantee the time of delivery such as: holidays, bad weather conditions, traffic, free official days.

FREE delivery is available for orders in Fabreville (postal codes starting with H7R or H7P and for all the order over 150$). Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the checkout according to the distance from our store to the postal code of the delivery address.

Cancelling any order can be made with 24 hours advance notice before the delivery date and the customer will be refunded the totality of the amount paid at checkout.

If an order has been processed, it can no longer be be canceled.
